We are the only company to offer Free of charge shipping within Ireland if you spend more than twenty euro.

We use 100% Discreet packaging that does not contain any information about us or what is inside the box so the courier or delivery person is not aware of the contents.

All products are sent via tracked courier we use UPS and An Post a tracking number is available on request.

Shipping times vary but we will ship your product within 24 hours and we aim to deliver within 2 to 4 days.

Please allow a reasonable time for delivery during the Covid 19 outbreak and during holidays, in the event that it has been longer than expected please email us at support@lovematic.ie and we will send you a tracking number.

For receiving your items during the festive season we advise to order your item within plenty of time to ensure it arrives before Christmas. All logistic companies are under pressure so times can only be estimated.
