FREE Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so if you are not entirely happy with your item for whatever reason you can return it FREE of charge.

We even give you up to 60 days to return.

Please email support@lovematic.ie with the reason for your return and we will send you the returns process.

Please would you ensure that the item is still in its original packaging and unused and unopened. We can not accept returns if the item has been opened for health and safety reasons and for the safety of our customers this includes the safety seal wrapping. We can not accept returns on Lingerie or intimate clothing again for hygiene reasons. If the item is returned without authorisation the item will be returned to you. Once received we will refund you less the cost of the original postage and packing.
